          1. Booking and Payment. All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit of  10 % (Normally between 500-700) is required at the time of booking, with the final balance due at least 30 days days prior to departure. Failure to pay by the due date may result in automatic cancellation.

        2.     Force Majeure & Global Turbulence. Kali Travel & affiliates shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is the result of Force Majeure. This includes,       but is not limited to:

• Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics).
• Acts of war, hostilities, or civil unrest.
• Governmental restrictions, travel advisories, or airspace closures.
• Strikes or labor disruptions affecting transportation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations by Customer: Refunds are subject to a tiered schedule based on notice provided (see below). We are also limited by ground supplier policy.
• Cancellations by Company: If we cancel a tour due to safety concerns, we reserve the right to issue Travel Credits in lieu of a cash refund, valid for upcoming tours

4. Responsibility and Limitation of Liability Kali Travel & Tours  acts only as an agent for suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.). We are not responsible for the negligent acts or omissions of these third parties or for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

5. Travel Insurance Requirement We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Standard policies may not cover "acts of war" or "civil unrest". 

We advise obtaining "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage to ensure maximum protection against geopolitical volatility.

6. Health, Safety, and Conduct Travelers must comply with all local laws and safety guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or endangers the safety of the group.  Refund Policy to buyers.

* Fit to Travel: Travelers must be medically and physically fit for the tour's specific demands. Your company reserves the right to deny participation if a guest's health risks the safety or well-being of themselves or the group.

• 90+ Days before travel Full refund (minus administrative fees or non-refundable deposits)
• 60 to 89 Days before 75% refund of total tour cost
• 30 to 59 Days before 50% refund of total tour cost (or as per ground supplier)

Less than 30 Days No refund issued

Airline Tickets: Tickets issued by airlines are subject to the carrier's specific contract of carriage and refund policies. 

Any refunds for these will be processed as per airline guidelines (ie. Group booking policy)
